Sports
therapy is an important part of sports performance, a sports therapist
can provide the best care to improve sports performance, by speeding up
soft tissue recovery, increasing flexibility and co-ordination,
releasing tension or stress and improving health and quality of life. A
sports massage is necessary in every day life and sporting performance,
from management and rehabilitation to alleviating pain or discomfort. Sports therapy is also a good way to identify potential troublesome area's before they create or become an injury. Kimberley
also works on a referral basis with other well respected practitioners
to offer the best care for her clients, The Battle Osteopathic and Pain
management Practice. www.battleosteopathicclinic.com
